The Brokerage Company - Coldwell Banker Grupe provides close cooperation with all local Real Estate offices and sales associates, along with full cooperation with all other real estate professionals throughout the county, state and/or country that may have clients for your home.
Multiple Listing Service - Detailed data on your home will be immediately distributed to Agents in Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced counties as well as the Multiple Listing Service Network. We will provide you with the final copy of the multiple listing on your property for your review and approval.
Processing the Lasting - All of the paperwork associated with your listing agreement will be processed immediately which will result in no time lost in getting your home into the marketplace. The data pertaining to your listing will be distributed to all the Coldwell Banker Grupe sales staff immediately.
Fact Sheet - A list of features and benefits of your home will be developed and a quality information fact sheet will be printed and used for broker networking and potential Buyer use during all showings, Open Houses, ect.
Coldwell Banker Grupe Tour - On the first Tuesday after your home is listed, the Realtors with Coldwell Banker Grupe will preview your property. The tour hours are between 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. On the day of the tour, we will confirm with you approximately the time to expect us at your home.
Multiple Tour - Within the first 3 weeks of your listing period, a Multiple Listing Tour will be scheduled inviting Realtors that are members of the San Joaquin Association of Realtors to tour your home on the first or third Wednesday of the month between the hours of 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Weekend Open House - Open Houses for the general public will be held on weekends when beneficial and mutually agreed upon.
Advertising - Your home will be advertised with the Stockton Record, Saturday edition of the Real Estate tabloid. Coldwell Banker Grupe also advertises in the other local business and home delivered tabloids and/or booklets. PLUS...
Internet - Information on your property will be accessible on the Internet. Today, more and more home buyers are searching the web viewing current homes for sale. We have several web pages including those located at: ruthflowers.realtor.com, www.metrolistmls.com, and Realtor.com. We also have links to our pages from various websites which include Coldwell Banker Grupe's home page, The Record's homepage, and the Valley Homefinder site. In addition to these links, we input further information and photos on our pages so your property will get maximum exposure.
Flyer - A quality one page brochure/flyer will be published. This will be distributed throughout the Central Valley brokerage community. The flyer will also be presented to prospective Buyers at each showing of your home.
Sign - Additional and important exposure is gained through the placement of our professional sign on your property. This is critical for the announcement of the availability of your property, especially to out of area Buyers who drive through the area.
"Dear Neighbor" - After listing your property, I will inform your neighbors that your home is available for purchase.
Networking - I personally contact the top Brokers in the area, especially the Brokers and/or Salespeople with similar listings to alert them about your home.
